Job summary

Freddy’s Lincoln, a fast-paced restaurant, is seeking a Manager candidate with understanding of sales, profits and guest satisfaction. You will work closely with management to maintain a strategic vision for the restaurant and develop a culture that ensures great execution of food and service by the staff.

You will have experience in hiring, training and retaining employees; demonstrate leadership including coaching and motivating a team.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year as shift lead or manager in full service, casual dining or quick service
Experience in hiring, training and retaining employees
Strong leadership skills: coaching, directing and motivating a team
Experience with inventory, scheduling and labor management
Knowledge of P&L is desirable
Guest service and team development are essential

Responsibilities

Maintain strategic vision for restaurant and culture to ensure great execution of food and service
Lead hiring, training and retention of staff
Coach, direct and motivate a diverse team
Monitor guest satisfaction and service quality
Oversee inventory, scheduling and labor management
