Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a General Manager to lead from the front, hire and develop great people, build a winning culture, and run a strong business. You’ll join a team dedicated to Cultivating a Better World while sharpening leadership and operations skills every day.

You’ll oversee guest service, scheduling, P&L, and compliance, while delivering a guest-obsessed experience, driving sales, and ensuring food safety.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a restaurant team and managing scheduling, P&L, and compliance.
• Ability to recruit, train, and develop staff across all levels.
• Creative approach to marketing and driving sales in a fast-service environment.

Responsibilities

• Be guest obsessed – uphold top-notch standards of hospitality.
• Ensure speed of service, accuracy, and a positive guest experience.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle including recruitment and performance management.
• Train and develop crew, shift leaders, and Apprentices using Chipotle tools.
• Direct team to deliver accurate and timely digital orders.
• Manage daily operations, scheduling, P&L, and sales forecasting.
• Maintain dining room cleanliness and guest readiness.
• Uphold food safety, operations, and compliance standards.
• Drive overall restaurant financial success and cash flow plan achievement.
• Provide leadership across all hours, including lunch, dinner, and weekends.
