Job summary

SBH Foods, a Popeyes franchisee, is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to own the day-to-day operations and lead a busy Popeyes restaurant. You’ll drive guest experience, food quality, staffing, training, scheduling, inventory, and overall performance.

You will recruit and coach a high-performing team, set expectations, solve problems, and create a positive environment where people can grow. This hands-on role balances people, operations, and results in service of the Popeyes brand.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with previous restaurant management or leadership experience.
• Able to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage restaurant performance.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations focusing on food quality, guest service, and cleanliness.
• Build and develop a motivated team to achieve results.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, inventory, and performance.
