Qualificações

• Must be 18 years or older with prior restaurant management/leadership experience.
• Excellent communication, people-development and problem-solving skills.
• Able to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment; detail-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily restaurant operations ensuring food quality, guest service, and cleanliness.
• Build, coach, and develop a motivated team to achieve outstanding results.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, inventory, and restaurant performance with strong organization.
• Create a positive and fun work environment for great work.
• Handle guest concerns promptly to maintain guest satisfaction.
