Job summary

SBH Foods, a Popeyes franchisee, is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to own the day-to-day operations and lead a busy Popeyes restaurant. You’ll drive guest experience, food quality, staffing, training, scheduling, inventory, and overall performance.

You will recruit and coach a high-performing team, set expectations, solve problems, and create a positive environment where people can grow. This hands-on role balances people, operations, and results in service of the Popeyes brand.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with previous restaurant management or leadership experience.
• Able to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage restaurant performance.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Earn More When Your Restaurant Wins

Restaurant General Managers are eligible for SBH Foods' performance-based store bonus program, with opportunities to earn additional compensation every four weeks when qualifying restaurant performance goals are achieved.

General Managers at designated Training Stores are eligible for an enhanced bonus in recognition of the additional responsibility of developing incoming SBH Foods leaders.

SBH Foods also recognizes strong General Managers who take on designated restaurant turnaround assignments with additional performance-based earning opportunities.

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to:

• Stand and move throughout the restaurant for extended periods
• Work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Bend, reach, lift, carry, and perform physical restaurant responsibilities as needed
• Work across restaurant stations and support food preparation, stocking, cleaning, and guest service
• Safely perform the physical tasks necessary to support restaurant operations
