Diversified Restaurant Group is seeking a General Manager for a Taco Bell restaurant in Los Angeles, CA. You will mentor the team, drive profitability, ensure excellent customer experience, and uphold DRG values.

Responsibilities include team development, operational excellence, P&L management, and fostering a culture of learning and inclusion while maintaining compliant operations and top service standards. This is a non-exempt role with a demanding but rewarding pace.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of restaurant leadership experience.
• Must read, speak and write in English.
• Pass SERV Safe Certification.
• Ability to work a 45-hour week with nights and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Mentor and develop a high-potential team to become leaders.
• Drive world-class operations and exceptional customer service.
• Manage P&L to maximize profitability and control costs.
• Make sound decisions and liaise between upper management and staff.
