Job summary

Cracker Barrel is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, delivering the well-known Cracker Barrel guest experience. You will coach and develop your team, manage inventory, and uphold standards of hospitality with strong emphasis on care and teamwork.

You will oversee the full restaurant operation, pacing shifts and ensuring a high-quality guest experience through leadership, training, and efficient processes.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of successful restaurant management experience.
• Ability to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts), including holidays and weekends as needed.
• Has a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead with care, ensuring both employees and guests feel valued.
• Manage the full restaurant experience from kitchen flow to front-of-house service.
