Cracker Barrel is seeking a Restaurant Manager who leads with care and drives an exceptional guest experience. You will oversee front- and back-of-house operations, coach your team, manage inventory, and model Cracker Barrel's country-hospitality standards.

With 2–5+ years in restaurant management (1 year at Cracker Barrel preferred), you will balance operations with people-first leadership, stay composed during peak shifts, and work a 50-hour week including holidays and weekends.
