Cracker Barrel is seeking a Restaurant Manager who will lead both front- and back-of-house operations with a focus on guest satisfaction and team development. You will coach and mentor staff, manage inventory, and uphold our standard of country hospitality in a fast-paced environment.

With 2-5+ years of restaurant management experience and a readiness to work five 10-hour shifts plus holidays, you will contribute to a respectful culture and strong guest service.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of successful restaurant management experience.
• Ability to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts) including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front- and back-of-house operations to deliver guest experiences.
• Coach and develop the team to maintain hospitality standards.
• Manage inventory and maintain cost controls to support business goals.
• Set the example and inspire the team to embody country hospitality.
