Job summary

McDonald's is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead one of our McDonald's restaurants in Altoona, IA. You will drive restaurant performance, ensure profitable operations, and uphold McDonald's standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.

Responsibilities include overseeing guest service, team management, and staffing, while directing inventory, budgeting, and cost control. The ideal candidate has proven leadership, strong communication, and a track record in fast-paced hospitality

Responsibilities

• Leadership: Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food production, guest service, and team management.
• People Management: Lead all human resource processes, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, staffing, performance management, and training.
• Financial Oversight: Make critical business decisions regarding inventory, budgeting, labor management and food ordering/costs to ensure profitability.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to food safety measures and maintain high standards for guest, employee safety and restaurant security.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee maintenance plans and ensure the restaurant meets and exceeds standards of excellence.
