J&D Restaurants – McDonald’s is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead one of our McDonald’s restaurants in West Des Moines, IA. The General Manager is pivotal in ensuring the restaurant operates profitably while upholding McDonald’s standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.

The role requires leadership of all restaurant operations, HR processes, budgeting, safety compliance, and maintenance to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualificações

• Leadership experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Proven ability to recruit, onboard and train staff.
• Strong decision-making and profitability focus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee restaurant operations including food production, guest service, and team management.
• Lead HR processes: recruiting, hiring, onboarding, staffing, performance management and training.
• Oversee budgeting, inventory, labor, and costs to ensure profitability.
• Enforce food safety, guest and employee safety, and restaurant security.
• Drive operational excellence and maintenance to meet/exceed standards.
