El Bolillo Bakery is seeking a General Manager to lead a single restaurant and deliver outstanding guest service. You will guide the management team, oversee daily operations, control costs, and ensure adherence to company standards for food quality, service, and sanitation.

This role requires flexibility, strong staff leadership, and the ability to maintain high guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment in Pasadena, Texas. Expect long hours and hands-on involvement across all departments.

Qualifications

• Conversational Spanish required.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including extended hours.
• Frequent contact with guests and staff requires tact and courtesy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure quality food, service, and sanitation.
• Supervise management and hourly staff; assign and direct daily work.
• Maintain equipment and inventory; enter inventory data into the system.
• Meet budgetary expectations including cost control and staffing efficiency.
• Reconcile cash, deposit receipts, and prepare reports as required by policies.
• Maintain records in compliance with state and federal laws; ensure staff adherence to policies.
