You will supervise Shift Leaders and hourly staff, help recruit and train, manage schedules and cash handling, and support the General Manager to improve quality, safety, and guest satisfaction.

A flexible schedule, professional demeanor, and conversational Spanish are required to connect with guests and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Conversational Spanish preferred to communicate with guests and staff.
• Ability to read, write, and verbally communicate effectively.
• Proficient math skills and comfort with numbers.
• Proficient computer skills for POS and reporting.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure quality food, service, and sanitation.
• Supervise Shift Leaders and hourly staff; Direct daily work assignments.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and train staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Hold staff meetings; provide coaching and counseling as needed.
• Adjust schedules to ensure full shift coverage; approve overtime.
• Review objectives with staff and General Manager; delegate tasks.
• Manage cash handling and reconcile registers; maintain records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and laws.
