Job summary

ANCHOR POINT MANAGEMENT GROUP in Escalon, CA is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) for a Taco Bell unit. The AGM will supervise operations, train staff, and help ensure a clean, welcoming restaurant with efficient service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Open availability and ability to work flexible hours and all shifts.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly with a can-do attitude.
• Good hygiene and reliability in transportation.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain financial controls and coach/train employees.
• Positive, friendly, and courteous attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly demeanor and take orders.
• Prepare and package food and drinks to restaurant standards.
• Operate cash registers, process payments, and provide change.
• Maintain cleanliness of back of house, lobby, and restrooms.
• Assist with food prep and dishwashing as needed.
• Restock inventory and supplies.
• Manage shifts and schedule the team.
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members.
• Support onboarding and development of Taco Bell employees.
• Address safety concerns and report issues as needed.
• Conduct daily food safety and prep audits.
• Monitor inventory and cash procedures and assist with deposits.
