McDonald's Restaurants Limited is seeking a General Manager for a high-volume restaurant in Colorado. You will drive profitability while upholding McDonald’s Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards and lead a team of Department Managers to achieve restaurant goals.

Ideal candidates have prior General Manager experience in fast-food or related hospitality/retail settings and are 18+ to meet eligibility for management roles.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidates should have previous General Manager experience running high-volume locations.
• Background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail is strongly desired.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Responsibilities

• The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and for meeting McDonald’s Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.
• Leads a team of Department Managers, sets goals, coaches, and monitors progress to improve each department.
• May be responsible for hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to ensure the right team for the future.
