McDonald’s Restaurants Limited is seeking a General Manager to lead a high‑performing restaurant. You will be responsible for driving profitability, ensuring Quality, Service and Cleanliness, and meeting franchisee standards.

You will supervise Department Managers and Shift Managers, set goals with your team, and coach staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences. Experience in quick service and retail is valued; 18+ years old required.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidates should have previous managerial experience.
• Background in quick service restaurants, hospitality or retail is strongly desired.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our restaurants.
