Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred) or 2+ years of supervisory experience in a Food Service Environment.
• Proven experience in a managerial role within the fast-food or restaurant industry.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Knowledge of McDonald’s operational standards is a plus.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure quality, cleanliness, and service standards.
• Recruit, train, and develop a team of department managers.
• Drive exceptional customer service and monitor satisfaction surveys for improvements.
