Job summary

KBP Drive-In, a Sonic Drive-In franchisee under KBP Brands, seeks a Restaurant General Manager to lead operations, drive profitability, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will recruit and train staff, manage cash controls and inventory, and maintain a high-quality, welcoming environment for guests. Availability to close two nights weekly is required; 18+ and GM experience preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager with P&L responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Available to close the restaurant at least two nights per week.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for long shifts, and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash control, inventory, labor, and financial reporting.
• Recruit, interview and hire Team Members, Shift Managers and Assistant General Managers.
• Coach and train all employees in operational excellence to ensure restaurant success.
• Complete inventory counts.
• Maintain a clean restaurant and ensure a friendly guest experience with a quality product.
