KBP Drive-In, a Sonic Drive-In franchisee under KBP Brands, seeks a Restaurant General Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive profitability while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will recruit and train staff, manage cash controls and inventories, and ensure operations meet quality and service standards. The role requires shift coverage, including late hours, in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager with P&L responsibility (quick service experience preferred).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects, stand/walk entire shifts, navigate compact spaces, operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash control, inventory, labor, and financial reporting.
• Recruit, interview, and hire Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant General Managers.
• Coach and train employees in operational excellence.
• Complete inventory counts.
• Maintain a clean restaurant and ensure guests have a friendly experience with a quality product.
