SONIC Drive-In, part of KBP Brands, seeks a Restaurant General Manager in Norfolk, VA. You will own restaurant performance, recruit and coach a leadership team, and ensure a fast, friendly guest experience in a high-volume environment.

Lead labor, inventory, and cost controls, while maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming restaurant. Competitive bonus opportunities and benefits accompany this role.

Formación

• 1 year of Restaurant General Manager experience with P&L responsibility, quick-service preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least 2 nights per week.

Responsabilidades

• Own restaurant performance and profitability through labor, inventory, cash controls, and security.
• Build and coach your leadership team by recruiting, interviewing, and hiring Team Members and Managers.
• Drive operational excellence to deliver strong restaurant results and a welcoming guest experience.
• Complete inventories and use results to control costs and maintain food safety and quality.
