Job summary

The RGM will recruit and develop the team, manage schedules, control inventory and cash handling, and drive local marketing efforts to grow sales while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment. Expect long hours and a hands-on, fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent, and at least one year related experience and/or training.
• Ability to work a minimum of 50 hrs/wk; including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to read, write, and interpret documents such as safety rules and manuals.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Promote a positive team atmosphere with opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns.
• Recruit, hire, develop and motivate team members; manage work schedules.
• Maintain a safe, comfortable work environment for employees and customers; ensure cleanliness and equipment readiness.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and presentation of ingredients and menu items with food safety in mind.
• Maintain a local marketing program to grow sales.
• Manage administrative duties such as timekeeping, inventory control, cash handling and sales reporting.
