Job summary

Long John Silver's is seeking an Assistant Restaurant General Manager (ARGM) to oversee daily operations in the RGM's absence, ensuring adherence to company standards and delivering quality products and service. The ARGM leads the team, supports the RGM with recruiting, scheduling, safety, and ensuring food safety; maintains a safe, clean dining environment and handles guest inquiries.

Responsibilities

Direct and resolve guest inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
Engage with guests positively.
Assist RGM to recruit, hire, develop, and motivate team members; manage work schedules.
Maintain a safe, comfortable work environment for employees and customers; ensure cleanliness and equipment readiness.
Ensure proper storage, handling, preparation, and presentation of ingredients and menu items with food safety in mind.
