Job summary

Long John Silver's seeks an Assistant Restaurant General Manager (ARGM) to oversee daily restaurant operations in the RGM's absence, upholding company standards and driving guest satisfaction. The ARGM partners with the RGM to execute policies, ensure quality, and support profitability through strong leadership.

The successful candidate will lead guest engagement, recruit and develop staff, manage schedules, and maintain a safe, clean dining and working environment with proper food safety

Qualifications

• Ability to work minimum 40 hrs/wk; including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to read, write, and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Promote positive team atmosphere; opportunities for growth/development.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations in the RGM's absence while ensuring company standards.
• Lead guest engagement and address inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist RGM in recruiting, hiring, developing, and motivating team members; manage schedules.
• Maintain a safe, clean restaurant environment and ensure proper food handling and storage.
• Support profitability through cost control and adherence to policies.
