Qualifications

• 50 hrs/week minimum, including evenings and weekends.
• Associate degree or equivalent with at least 1 year related experience.
• Ability to read, write, and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns.
• Engage with guests to ensure positive experiences.
• Recruit, hire, develop and motivate team members; manage schedules.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-functioning restaurant environment.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and presentation of ingredients and menu items for safety.
• Sustain a local marketing program to grow sales.
• Handle administrative tasks such as timekeeping, inventory, cash handling, and sales reporting.
