Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to perform essential functions.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 3+ years of management experience, preferably in a restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Strategically manages and coaches team performance to drive efficient restaurant operations.
• Executes opening and closing procedures and oversees setup, food prep, and cleaning.
• Optimizes labor planning and scheduling to meet sales targets and labor hour guidelines.
• Provides hands-on coverage to ensure proper staffing at all workstations.
• Maintains focus on guest service and speed of service to meet company goals.
• Oversees hiring from interviews to onboarding to ensure staffing needs are met.
