Qualifications

• Two years of restaurant management or supervision experience preferred.
• High school diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Serv-Safe/Local/State Food Service Certification.
• Basic accounting including invoice reconciliation and financial statement analysis.
• Cash management skills.
• Must have a driver’s license valid in the work state(s).
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Monitor product quality and customer service standards; address deficiencies.
• Respond promptly to customer concerns or issues; solicit and act on feedback.
• Oversee training and quality standard execution; supervise staffing and compliance.
• Conduct performance reviews and, when needed, disciplinary actions up to termination.
• Coach and develop reports; foster teamwork, energy and recognition programs.
• Manage sales against budget; drive plans to improve trends and profitability.
• Control costs across food, labor and other controllables; ensure budget adherence.
• Plan inventory levels and ensure assets are well-maintained and safe.
