Papa John’s is seeking a General Manager for Corporate Restaurant Operations who will manage and assume responsibility for all functions of a Papa John’s restaurant to ensure restaurant profitability. This self-sufficient leader makes quality decisions and ensures planning, forecasting, and systems support operations.

The role oversees all Operations Manager duties when not available and reports to the General Manager.

Responsibilities

• Monitor product quality and customer service standards; address deficiencies with direct reports and improve operations.
• Respond promptly to customer concerns; solicit feedback and share with the team; oversee training and quality standards.
• Oversee recruiting to meet staffing needs; enforce appearance and performance standards; conduct reviews and discipline as needed; coach the team.
