Job summary

Papa John's is seeking a General Manager for Corporate Restaurant Operations to lead a Papa John's restaurant, ensure profitability, and uphold company policies. You will plan, forecast, implement systems, and coach staff to deliver high quality food and service.

This role oversees Operations Managers, Shift Leaders, and team members, drives local marketing, manages budgets, inventory, safety, and compliance, and builds a positive community presence while maintaining a culture of teamwork,

Qualifications

• Two years of successful restaurant management or supervision experience preferred.
• High school diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Serv-Safe/Local/State Food Service Certification.
• Basic accounting including invoice reconciliation and financial statement analysis.
• Cash management skills.
• Bilingual in certain markets.
• Must have a driver’s license valid for the state(s) of work, insurance and a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Monitor operations to ensure quality customer service and respond to concerns.
• Oversee recruiting, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
• Manage sales against budgets and implement local marketing plans.
• Control costs and manage inventory, cash, and safety compliance.
