You will recruit and train staff, manage scheduling and performance, control costs using the restaurant’s systems, ensure food safety and cleanliness, and foster a team culture of pride and accountability.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred
• Two years restaurant management or supervision experience preferred
• Must have a driver’s license valid under the laws of the state(s) where the team member works, proof of insurance, satisfactory vehicle and the ability to drive
• Skills: Cash management; planning and organization; effective communication

Responsibilities

• Provide quality products to customers by building a system of quality with team members, ensuring each delivered product meets Papa John’s standards and reflects the customer’s order.
• Actively recruit customer-focused team members, maintain staffing levels, train and evaluate performance, ensure uniform standards, and conduct performance reviews.
• Manage sales goals, customer service, and local marketing to build brand loyalty and drive restaurant profitability.
• Manage costs and assets, inventory levels, safety, security, and preventative maintenance to protect profits and ensure compliance.
