Job summary

IHOP 3602 Bellmead is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. This full-time role oversees guest service, staff coaching, and compliance with SOPs, with a focus on financial objectives, marketing efforts, and HR responsibilities.

The GM will recruit and train team members, manage inventory and food quality to SOP standards, resolve guest concerns promptly, and ensure health and safety regulations are met.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to speak and read English.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute annual financial, local restaurant marketing, guest service, and HR objectives.
• Manage restaurant floor and ensure regular guest contact.
• Maintain guest complaints within acceptable limits and address concerns promptly.
• Recruit, train, and retain employees; coach and document performance issues.
• Ensure food SOPs, recipes, plating, temperatures and standard ticket times; manage inventory and supplies.
