McDonald’s is seeking a General Manager for a high-volume restaurant in Collinsville, VA. You will lead a team of department managers to ensure outstanding quality, service, and cleanliness, while driving profitability and guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have GM experience in quick-service or hospitality and are comfortable leading through metrics, coaching staff, and maintaining McDonald’s standards across operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the experience by managing all aspects within the restaurant, including food production, guest service and experience, and direct crew and manager work.
• Plan for success by leading People processes: recruiting, hiring and onboarding, staffing and performance management, training and coaching.
• Be in the know by budgeting, inventory, food ordering, and cost control.
• Ensure food safety measures meet McDonald’s standards and maintain guest and employee safety.
• Be results oriented by overseeing maintenance and operations to meet standards.
