The role requires coaching Department and Shift Managers and building a strong, customer-focused operation.

You must be 18+ and have prior GM experience in quick service or related sectors, with a proven ability to manage schedules, training, and performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous General Manager experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• Background in quick service, hospitality, or retail preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older to manage at corporate-owned restaurants.

• Run a profitable restaurant while meeting Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.
• Lead Department Managers, set goals, and coach teams.
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers for future leadership.
