Meritage Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a Wendy's restaurant and drive sales while maintaining operational standards and a focus on service quality.

The role requires at least 3 years of supervisory experience in quick-service restaurants, strong leadership, and effective communication. You will oversee staffing, training, and cost controls to maximize profitability and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Have strong leadership, organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Have 3 or more years of supervisory experience, preferably within quick service restaurants.
• Be able to perform all duties of restaurant staff.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or the equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Lead the restaurant management team to meet sales and budget goals.
• Monitor tasks performed by employees to ensure compliance with Quality, Service, & Cleanliness programs.
• Ensure proper training and compliance.
• Manage food, labor, and paper costs as well as other controllable expenses.
• Make decisions regarding the hiring and termination of employees.
• Attend meetings requested by the District Manager or Area Director.
• Develop restaurant operation skills and grow within the organization.
