Job summary

FOURJAY LLC is hiring a General Manager for the Morrilton, AR Wendy's location. You will direct daily restaurant operations, lead the team, uphold brand standards for food quality and safety, and drive customer service excellence.

You will oversee staffing, training, scheduling, and compliance with cash handling and safety procedures, while maintaining cleanliness and efficiency to meet company goals. This role reports to district leadership and requires strong leadership and decision-making

Qualifications

Bachelor-like management skills preferred but not required
Strong written, verbal, and group communication abilities
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business memos
Proficient with Word and Excel or equivalent
Experience managing teams and customer service environments
Understand basic cash handling and safety procedures
Ability to recruit, hire, and supervise staff
Must be 21 years or older, valid driver's license

Responsibilities

Manage activities and staff of a specific restaurant
Direct subordinate staff and ensure accountability
Recruit, interview, hire, promote, discipline, and terminate crew and shift managers
Supervise and help prepare food meeting brand standards
Resolve customer complaints and report issues to supervisors
Ensure opening and closing on time
Maintain a clean restaurant meeting company standards
Follow cash procedures as outlined in the handbook
Foster a safe working environment
Complete admin duties like scheduling, ordering, and inventory checks
Plan and organize staffing using shift plan
Train crew and develop high performers
Monitor product quality and service times
Drive deposits to the bank
Ensure adherence to company policies and promotions
