Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations, guest experiences and local restaurant marketing while driving profitability.

You will oversee the management team through performance, engagement and training initiatives, ensure compliance with health codes and labor laws, and manage P&L.

This role welcomes all backgrounds; 4–5 years of management and GM experience required, with paid training, advancement opportunities and competitive benefits.

Formación

• 4–5 years of management experience in a restaurant setting.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• Ability to manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and train/develop a team.
• Ability to analyze a Profit and Loss statement.

Responsabilidades

• As General Manager, you will lead guest experiences and oversee local restaurant marketing to drive profitability.
• You will ensure the restaurant is top of its game by monitoring P&L results.
• You will oversee the restaurant management team through performance, engagement and training initiatives.
