Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking a General Manager to lead the restaurant team and deliver legendary guest experiences in Atlanta. You will drive marketing efforts, oversee the P&L, and manage a high-performing management team focused on training, engagement, and results.

Ideal candidates have 4–5 years of restaurant GM experience, strong knowledge of health codes and safety, and the ability to mentor staff while optimizing operations and profitability.

Formación

• 4–5 years of management experience, with prior GM experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety systems and computer operations.
• Ability to lead and train teams; analyze Profit and Loss statements.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee restaurant management team through performance, engagement, and training initiatives.
• Oversee community connection and fundraising activities.
• Ensure local restaurant marketing and Profit and Loss results are at the top of its game.
• Drive guest experiences and maintain safety and sanitation standards.
