Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking a General Manager to lead our Houston restaurant, delivering legendary guest experiences and strong P&L results. You will supervise the management team, drive performance and training, and oversee community connections and fundraising initiatives.

We value 4–5 years of restaurant management, prior GM experience, and knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, responsible alcohol service, and security procedures.

Qualifications

• Not sure if your experience aligns? You have 4-5 years of management experience and previous restaurant General Manager experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• Ability to manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and train and develop your team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant management team through performance, engagement and training initiatives.
• Ensure the restaurant is at the top of its game with local restaurant marketing and P&L results.
• Oversee all community connection and fundraising related activities.
