Firehouse Subs is seeking a General Manager in Omaha, NE to lead daily restaurant operations with a focus on guest satisfaction, quality, and compliance. You will manage staffing, training, and adherence to Firehouse Subs policies while driving profitability and community engagement.

You will guide the team to maintain standards, supervise operations, and execute company initiatives in a timely, profitable manner, ensuring a positive, safe, and engaging environment for guests and staff.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and team-management skills.
• Strong focus on guest service and store standards.
• Experience ensuring regulatory compliance and safety.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the restaurant complies with local, state and federal regulations including health and wage laws.
• Enforce all Firehouse Subs policies and procedures.
• Provide leadership to the restaurant team to meet guest service, quality and cleanliness standards.
• Drive profitability through food cost, labor, utilities and sales controls.
• Staff the restaurant with qualified personnel and develop their talents.
• Train and develop the Assistant Manager and Shift Managers.
• Participate in local restaurant marketing in the trade area.
• Represent Firehouse Subs professionally in the community.
