Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of General Management experience in QSR.
• MSc/MA in Business or relevant field preferred.
• Availability to work opening hours including evenings, holidays, weekends with defined Sunday/shift requirements.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with business development and strategy implementation knowledge.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Ability to sell, manage and drive growth.
• Ability to withstand physical demands of a restaurant environment.
• ServeSafe Certification preferred (training may be provided).
