Qualifications

• Strong understanding of P-L interpretation and profitability influence.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time to meet deadlines.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a single restaurant (10-45 employees) to deliver guest satisfaction and outcomes.
• Lead restaurant management team and oversee financial controls, operations, people development, guest service and BKC compliance.
• Work long/irregular shifts as needed for proper restaurant functioning.
• Directly manage Team Members, Shift Coordinators and Assistant Managers.
• Interact with restaurant team members, management, customers, DM-s, and external vendors.
