Job summary

Burger King in Amesbury, MA is seeking a Restaurant General Manager (RGM). You will manage daily operations for a single location, drive guest satisfaction, and oversee a management team to achieve sales, profitability, and strong staff development.

The RGM reports to the District Manager and may work extended or irregular shifts. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years of restaurant leadership, and the ability to analyze profitability and manage time effectively.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
• 1-2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong understanding of P-L interpretation and management to influence profitability.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations (10-45 employees) to ensure guest satisfaction and desired outcomes (sales, profitability, retention).
• Lead the restaurant management team and oversee financial controls, operations, people development, guest service and compliance.
• Be able to work long and/or irregular shifts, including extra shifts, as needed.
• Directly manages Team Members, Shift Coordinators and Assistant Managers.
• Interact with restaurant team members, restaurant management, district managers, customers, and vendors.
