Job summary

Wingstop is seeking a General Manager to lead the restaurant as the CEO of the store, driving financial performance, guest experiences, and operational excellence. You will build high-performing teams, develop future leaders, and execute strategic initiatives to grow long-term value.

The GM will own prime costs, schedule strategically, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with food safety and ServSafe standards while delivering consistent QSC and exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Candidates must demonstrate strong leadership and store-level P&L ownership.
• Experience managing restaurant operations with a focus on QSC (Quality, Service, Cleanliness).
• Proven ability to recruit, coach, and develop frontline and mid-level leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own total restaurant performance including operations, profitability, and team execution.
• Forecast sales, schedule staff, and control labor to target costs.
• Drive guest satisfaction and brand standards across all shifts.
