Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Quick-service or fast-casual experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to develop and lead a high-performing team.
• Proficient with MS Office suite.
• Experience with POS, inventory, and scheduling software.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional customer service and food quality.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop team members and shift leaders.
• Create and manage employee schedules to meet business needs and labor targets.
• Maintain high standards for cleanliness, food safety, and restaurant appearance.
• Monitor inventory, food costs, labor costs, and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health regulations, and safety standards.
• Analyze restaurant performance and implement action plans to achieve goals.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Lead by example and foster a positive, team-oriented environment.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly administrative responsibilities.
