You will own sales, profitability, and execution while delivering exceptional guest experiences and executing strategic initiatives for long-term growth.

As a senior leader, you will set standards for culture and results, develop future leaders, and oversee Local Store Marketing and community engagement to grow the business.

Qualifications

• Experience leading restaurant operations or equivalent leadership roles.
• Strong financial acumen with cost-control experience (labor and food).
• Ability to set and uphold Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC) standards and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own total restaurant performance including operations, profitability, and team execution.
• Lead daily operations with accountability for results.
• Drive top-line sales and implement growth strategies.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a strong leadership team.
• Manage labor and food costs to targets and forecast staffing needs.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and health standards and pass audits.
