Responsibilities

• Execute annual financial, local restaurant marketing, guest service, and human resources objectives.
• Manage the restaurant floor and maintain guest contact.
• Address guest complaints professionally and in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Recruit, train, and retain employees.
• Coach staff and administer the hourly compensation plan.
