Responsibilities

• Lead all daily restaurant operations with focus on food quality, guest service, and cleanliness.
• Recruit, hire, and develop top talent for all team positions.
• Motivate and coach team members and managers to achieve goals and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Oversee inventory management, food and labor costs, and financial performance; ensure health and safety standards.
• Drive sales and profitability through operations and local marketing.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and administrative tasks efficiently.
