Popeyes is seeking a General Manager in Springfield, MO to lead restaurant operations, drive guest satisfaction, and manage financial performance. You will oversee hiring, training, and development of team members while maintaining high standards of quality and service.

As a hands-on leader, you will optimize inventory, costs, and marketing efforts, while building a positive culture aligned with Popeyes values. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must have 3–5 years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Understanding of P&L and financials.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily restaurant operations with focus on food quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members and managers.
• Motivate and coach staff to meet goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Oversee inventory, food and labor costs, and overall financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Drive sales growth and profitability through execution and local marketing.
