Popeyes is seeking a passionate General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee guest service, food quality, cleanliness, scheduling, payroll, and local marketing to drive sales and profitability.

You’ll recruit and develop top talent, foster a positive team culture, and model high energy leadership while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. This role offers growth within a fast-growing brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of restaurant management experience, ideally as a General Manager or Assistant GM.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Financial and business acumen, including understanding of P&L statements.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards in food quality, guest service, and cleanliness.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop top talent for all team positions.
• Motivate and coach team members and managers to achieve goals and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Oversee inventory management, food and labor costs, and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Drive sales growth and profitability through operational excellence and local marketing.
