Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree considered a plus.
• 3-5 years of restaurant management experience, ideally as a General Manager or Assistant GM.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Financial and business acumen, including understanding of P&L statements.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations, maintaining high standards for food quality, guest service, and cleanliness.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop top talent for all team positions.
• Motivate and coach team members and managers to achieve goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Oversee inventory, food and labor costs, and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Drive sales growth and profitability through local marketing and operational excellence.
