Taco Bueno in Lake Worth, TX seeks a General Manager to lead all restaurant operations, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure profitability. This hands-on leader will guide a management team, uphold brand standards, and foster a safe, welcoming environment for guests and crew.

You will direct daily operations, mentor managers, ensure food safety, and implement initiatives that push sales growth while maintaining excellent service and teamwork.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years’ current experience in the Casual Restaurant industry.
• High School Diploma or GED required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
• ServeSafe Certification preferred (training may be provided)

Responsabilidades

• Direct the restaurant operation to achieve sales and profit objectives.
• Lead and develop a high-performing management team.
• Maintain highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and a positive guest experience.
• Act as hands-on leader supporting all positions as needed and drive continuous improvement across the restaurant.
